TASKS and EXPECTATIONS

Customer Service Professionals (CSP) handle only inbound calls from the customers of our partner companies.
The objectives of CSPs are to address
all customer needs, provide important information regarding the services for
which customer has signed up for while adding value to the partner company through treating each call as if it's the
most important call of your life. This is a fully independent 1099 position, where the CSP can choose their location, hours and schedule.
